Healthy eating with diabetes is not a life sentence to a diet of deprivation. The best way to eat when you have diabetes is really the same way everyone should eat. Like the general population, people with diabetes need to focus on whole foods that are high in fiber and full of nutrients. We all should stay away from highly processed foods, which are usually full of refined grains, added sugar, and unhealthy man-made fats. The recipes include nutritional information and dietary exchanges! I think these look YUM –
