Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Cut each treat in half lengthwise, and then cut each one in half diagonally.
Insert a toothpick into the flat end of each treat and lay on parchment paper.
Place in the freezer for five minutes.
Pour the orange candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl.
Place in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir, repeating until melted and smooth.
Coat each "carrot" by holding it over the bowl and using a spoon to drizzle the coating on all sides.
Return the carrot to the cookie sheet.
When you've coated all of them, place the sheet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Cut 1" pieces of the edible Easter grass to make the carrot tops.
Remove the toothpick from the end of the carrot, and carefull insert a couple of pieces of edible grass. You can use the toothpick to make a larger/deeper hole if needed.
