Ingredients

  • 2 cups basil leaves packed
  • 1 clove garlic peeled and minced
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts RAW
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the pine nuts and garlic to the food processor. Pulse 5 to 10 times or until finely chopped. Scrape down the sides as needed.
