The Target coupon says “Redeemable ONLY at Target”, which means you can only use it there. The Walgreens coupon says “Redeem AT Walgreens”, which is only a suggestion and can be used anywhere. You will also fine a third coupon that says “Redeem at CVS”, which works the same as the Walgreens coupon. Cashiers are notorious for confusing this, so you may have to educate them.
