Try this: simmer the Very Cheere Tart Cherry juice down until it is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon. Take off the heat, add a 1/4 tsp vanilla and sugar to taste. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and serve over rich vanilla ice cream. I actually like a more tart syrup with the sweet ice cream, but you can adjust it as sweet as you like (or even add cherries/fruit). I do this with wine too
