These are my favorite deals this week at Walgreens.

Tips:

* When paying with Register Rewards, remember that they are considered manufacturer coupons. You cannot use a RR and a coupon on one item. For example: If you are only buying one item, want to pay with your RR and you have a coupon, look for a cheap filler (like a pencil). Now you have two items and two coupons. It took me a while to get this, but once I did, it made shopping at WAGS so much easier.

* When using store coupons like the ones in the ad or Walgreen’s Coupons Book with a manufacturer coupon, always hand them the manufacturer coupons first. There is less chance of the register beeping and having an ‘issue’ with the cashier.

7 – Filler Items (I buy the 4 for $1.oo mini theatre candy and I always by an extra item) = $1.50
Total = $24.85

Pay with $17 RR in hand
Pay $7.85 + tax OOP
Get back $25.50 in Register Rewards WOO HOO!!
