Many people have problems printing coupons. There can be various reasons for this, but usually it is an easy fix using one of the tips below.

• Make sure you have cookies enabled and spamblocker disabled.
• If you are trying to print out at work, you may not be able to install the coupon printer if you do not have admin privileges on your computer.
• If a particular coupon link doesn’t work in one browser, try another. I’ve found some coupons won’t print in IE but when I try printing in FireFox it works fine. But for people it is just the opposite. And some I just can’t print at all?
• Try disabling your firewall (I have never had to do this but some people report needing to)

If you keep getting the message to “Please Install The Coupon Printer” even though you already did, try these steps.

In the URL below you sill see two characters I highlighted ‘wg’

Change those two characters to one of the choices below:

‘wg’ for FireFox
‘wi’ ‘vi’ for Internet Explorer
‘xs’ for MAC with Safari

** I copy the url into a notepad, change the two chracters, and then paste the new link into a browser.

It is just trial and error seeing what works for you. I use IE 99% of the time, but also have FireFox installed because that is they only way I can get Smart Source coupons to print.
